LR 154 is a powerful chelating agent that is stable in aqueous solution under conditions of high pressure and temperature. This with its ability to complex calcium and magnesium irons, makes it particularly useful for descaling and treatment of water in high pressure boilers and pumping systems. LR 154 can be used for removing scale and similar deposits from heat exchangers and other equipment where it is not practical to use an acid cleaner.

HOW TO USE
For scale removal use LR 154 at 0.5 - 2% solution while the system is in operation. The deposition of scale can be inhibited completely by using LR 154 as a water softener in the normal treatment of the system feed water. Use at a rate of approximately 1 litre LR 154 to 5000 litres of water
