Standard Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order, subject to stock and courier availability, within our stated logistics timetable. This service covers most areas and product ranges. If for what ever reason we are unable to deliver your goods within 7 days, we will contact you and offer alternative deliveries or a complete refund.

Purchasing & Payment
To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, simply click the button shown against each product. Continue in this manner until you have selected all the items you wish to purchase then proceed to "checkout". You will then be presented with an itemised invoice showing your total purchases, with a VAT and Postage breakdown
When you confirm this is correct by selecting the "Proceed" button, you will be taken to our secure payment system "SECpay" where you will be asked for your personal and credit card details. When completed, you will again be asked to confirm this is correct and only when you press the "Accepted please proceed with my order" button will the sale be complete.

Returns policy
We offer a 30 day no quibble money back guarantee, return the goods if you are not satisfied for any reason and we will refund your money. Refund to be made to the credit/debit card which purchased the product within 72hrs of receipt of the returned product.

Returns of Faulty Items
In the event of a product being faulty when delivered simply call our customer service department on 0844 880 9294 or e-mail returns@maintechmro.com and we will arrange for the faulty item to be collected and a replacement issued.
